• Once upon a time, Thrill Kill was destined to become the next big thing in video games. This fighting game boasted the tech to let four players brawl at once and a unique gameplay mechanic where players had to fight to increase what was called ‘bloodlust’, in order to to pull off finishing moves. These said finishing moves were bloody and ‘realistic’ fatalities and brought in most of the controversy that eventually led to its cancellation; a mere few weeks before its release. Fortunately, the game can easily be found online thanks to the efforts of a few former employees.
